Does my client need an account?
No. Your client opens the Showcase link in a browser, on desktop or phone. You can add an access code if you want one.
Is the Showcase in every plan?
Yes. It’s in every plan and in the free test, and every plan has unlimited users.
Can my client forward the link?
Yes. Everyone with the link sees the same shortlist, so add an access code if you want to limit who opens it, and set an expiry date or revoke the link when the role closes. Forwarding is often how the decision gets made.
Our clients want PDFs. Can they still have them?
Yes, if you switch on PDF download for that Showcase. Or download the whole shortlist as one ZIP and attach it, for clients who won’t click a link.
Can my client see the original CV?
Yes, if you share it. Switch it on and the original CV sits next to the profile, ready to download.
Does TalentVeil contact my client?
No. You send the link yourself, from your own email. TalentVeil never emails your client, and every notification goes to the recruiter who sent the Showcase.
Can I share blind profiles first and named ones later?
Yes. Create a Showcase with blind profiles, then send a new one with named profiles once your client is interested.
What if the client doesn’t open it?
You’ll see that too, which is itself a reason to call.
Does the AI change or invent information?
TalentVeil works from what is in the CV. You choose how close to the original the wording stays, it flags anything it couldn’t read clearly, and your recruiter reviews and edits every profile before it’s shared.
We already make profiles with ChatGPT or Claude. Why would we need TalentVeil?
Making a profile is the easy part. TalentVeil gives every recruiter the same template and keeps candidate data in one place processed in the EU, instead of in personal AI accounts. Then it does what a chat assistant can’t: you send the shortlist as one link, and it notifies you when your client opens it and what they decide.
We already use an ATS. Do we need to replace it?
No. Keep it. TalentVeil handles the client-ready profile and the shortlist your client opens. Profiles can move between TalentVeil and your ATS through our API, n8n workflows, Zapier or Make, if your ATS plan includes API access.
