Privacy policy
This privacy policy applies exclusively to the talentveil.com website. The TalentVeil application has its own separate privacy policy, which can be found directly within the application.

- The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:

- The Website collects information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:
- Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which is then entered into the Operator's systems.
- Through cookies stored on end-user devices.
2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator
- Login and personal data entry areas are protected at the transmission level (SSL certificate). Personal data and login credentials entered on the site are encrypted on the user's device and can only be read by the target server.
- User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hash function is one-way — it cannot be reversed, which is the current industry standard for storing user passwords.
- The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
- Regular software updates are an important element of data protection. This includes regular updates to all programming components used to process personal data.
- The Operator regularly performs data backups.
3. Hosting
- The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator's server: ovh.pl
- The hosting company maintains server-level logs for technical reliability purposes. The following data may be recorded:
- resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources — pages, files),
- time of request arrival,
- time of response sent,
- client station name — identification via HTTP protocol,
- information about errors that occurred during HTTP transactions,
- URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link),
- information about the user's browser,
- information about the IP address,
- diagnostic information related to self-service ordering processes,
- information related to handling email sent to and by the Operator.
4. Your rights and additional information about data use
- In order to fulfil obligations arising from personal data protection regulations, the Operator has appointed a Data Protection Officer.

7. Key marketing techniques
- The Operator uses statistical traffic analysis via Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The Operator does not transmit personal data to this service — only anonymised information. - The Operator uses the Facebook Pixel (Facebook Inc., USA). This service uses cookies on the user's end device. The Operator does not transmit any additional personal data to Facebook.
- The Operator uses a tool for analysing user behaviour through heatmaps and session recording. Information is anonymised before being sent to the service provider. Passwords and other personal data are not recorded.
8. Cookie information
- The Website uses cookies.
